Office Outlook (2010) - How do I forward a meeting request?

Answer:

When receiving a meeting request e-mail, the request can be forwarded to someone else.  The forward recipient will then be invited to the meeting.

NOTE:  Forwarded recipients will not be added to the original attendees list and they will not receive any updates (i.e.. room change, reschedule, cancelation of the meeting).  It is best to ask meeting organizer to add those people to invitee list. 

  1. Click the Respond button and select Forward.

     
  2. Enter the e-mail address into the To: field and click the Send button to send the meeting request.
